As part of your personal training with me, you will have access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment at my home-based private gym in Northwich, Cheshire.
If the thought of joining the gym seems scary - I can offer you a safe place, open when you need it, with 1:1 motivation, no judgement and a friendly face to encourage you on your fitness journey.
I work with adults only, and with me as your personal trainer, you will have expert instruction and encouragement to maximise your workouts in a safe, private and - most of all - fun space!
As a keen endurance athlete, rower, and cyclist I know how important it is to have the right tools, but also to be able to use them in the right way for your own fitness goals and to prevent injury.
Initial Consultation
For all new clients
Before we work together, all new clients are required to have a free, no obligation, 1:1 consultation to discuss your goals and current level of health. Plus, you are welcome visit my gym and treatment room to see the fantastic range of equipment you will be using as part of your fitness journey.
